The brown shipper serves as a protective outer box specifically designed to safeguard Hot Toys figures. These shippers are typically included with overseas shipments to ensure the contents remain secure during international transport. It's important to note, though, that not all Hot Toys figures come with brown shippers.
We source our Hot Toys figures from two primary channels: the official distributor of Hot Toys products in Australia and direct imports from China. Generally, figures from the Chinese batches tend to arrive much sooner, and as a result, a significant portion of our imports now originate from China.
Please be aware that Hot Toys typically releases their figures in China without individual shippers, unless the figure is made of die-cast material, is of a large scale, or is an event-exclusive release. Consequently, not all of our figures will include the brown shipper.
Nevertheless, we are committed to taking utmost care to protect both the art box and the figure itself.
