1. Why am I being charged extra for shipping to an Australia Post Office, Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect, or PO Box address?
Australia Post calculates shipping costs based on volumetric weight rather than actual weight. Since most figurine boxes are bulky, shipping via Australia Post can be significantly more expensive.
In most cases, we absorb this additional cost under our free and flat-rate shipping programs. However, if the cost exceeds what we can cover, we will send you an email notification requesting confirmation to either:
- Pay the excess shipping charge to proceed with Australia Post delivery.
- Provide a residential or work address for courier delivery at no extra charge.
2. Which courier services does Sugo Toys use?
Our system automatically selects the most cost-effective courier based on your shipping location and parcel dimensions. By default, we cover the shipping cost for the cheapest available option from the following couriers:
- Australia Post
- Aramex
- CouriersPlease
- Team Global Express
- StarTrack
- Other local express delivery services

3. Can I request Australia Post delivery for a residential address?
Yes. If you prefer Australia Post delivery to a residential address, please enter "Australia Post Only" in Address Line 2 during checkout. Our system will notify you if any excess charges apply.
4. Do I need to enter 'Australia Post Only' for PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect addresses?
No, you do not need to enter this manually. Our system automatically detects PO Box, Parcel Locker, and Parcel Collect addresses and will send a notification if additional charges apply.
