Sugo Toys Click & Collect & Pickup Scheduling - FAQ
At Sugo Toys, we offer a Click & Collect service. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
1. What is Click & Collect, and how does it work?
Click & Collect lets you pick up your order from our retail shop or warehouse instead of having it shipped. You must schedule a pickup date after checkout so we can prepare your order in advance.
2. Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order from one of the following locations:
- Retail Shop (Hurstville or Haymarket Shop)
- Warehouse (Padstow)
3. How do I schedule my pickup?
๐ Follow these three steps:
โ Step 1: Select Pickup & Schedule a Date
- At checkout, enter a NSW address to unlock the warehouse pickup option.
- Complete the checkout process and use the Schedule Pickup button to select your preferred pickup date.

โ Step 2: Order Preparation (1-2 Business Days)
- We will prepare your order and transfer it to the pickup location.

โ Step 3: Wait for the Pickup Confirmation Email
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

4. How soon should I schedule my pickup?
- Schedule your pickup immediately after checkout.
- A single booking covers multiple orders if you have more than one order.
- The selected date is your earliest preference. If you schedule it less than 24 business hours in advance, the pickup date may be adjusted.
5. When will my order be ready for pickup?
- Processing time: 12 to 48 hours (excluding weekends).
- Wait for the confirmation email before arriving at the pickup location.
6. How long will my order be held?
- Your order will be held for up to 14 working days after the scheduled pickup date.
- If you need extra time, contact us to extend the pickup window.
7. What happens if I donโt pick up my order?
- Orders not collected within 14 working days may be canceled.
- A cancellation or restocking fee may apply.
8. Can I change my pickup date?
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
9. What if I place multiple orders?
- A single pickup booking is enough for multiple orders. Just ensure they are scheduled under the same pickup request.
10. What if I need urgent pickup?
- If you require same-day or urgent pickup, contact our support team to check availability.
